This book contains the thesis that
Psycho-Analysis is failing because it lacks the values that are central to all the great
religions and that religions are failing because they lack the emotional knowledge
necessary for understanding how love and truth are inwardly determined and also therefore
corroded and destroyed. So Psycho-Analysis and Religion need each other. They need what is
central to each but, at the same time, each needs to dispose of much that is irrelevant
and which obscures what is central.
